Terms and Conditions
We at BridesSquad aims and strives to provide a seamless beauty experience to our clients.
Honoring the same commitment towards excellence, a few important terms and conditions have been detailed below to ensure no possibilities of confusion for a wholesome makeover experience on your special day.
Financials
• All prices quoted are inclusive of all taxes
• In the event of invoice request with GST, client is requested to pay 18% GST amount levied on the price quoted
• An informal invoice is released in the event of regular booking minus GST
• 50% advance amount needs to be paid to confirm any makeup booking
• In the event of cancellation, the advance amount is non-refundable and non-transferable
• Advance amount will be forfeited in case of any changes in the time/place agreed at the time of booking
• Remaining 50% amount to be paid at the time of services being rendered
• A minimum of two party makeups are needed to secure party makeup slot with Ms. Cini
Timeline
• The time slot provided at the time of booking confirmation cannot be changed at a later stage. Adherence to slot provided is paramount
• All business commitments are subject to Force Majeur clause stating that the service deliverance party is allowed to terminate or suspend the contract in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond their control arising, making performance inadvisable, commercially impracticable, illegal, or impossible
Services & Logistics
• Ms. Cini conducts her makeup assignment at client's venue
• Ms. Cini travels with her team comprising an assistant/intern and hair stylist
• Quoted prices include makeup, hair styling, lenses, eyelashes and draping
• Any hair accessories or fresh flowers required need to be arranged by the client
• Nail painting, styling, spa and related services are not included in the quoted price
• A professional work environment is a must. Client is requested to provide enough space for the team to carry out their tasks appropriately. No one except the client and team are advised in the green room
For Bookings outside Mumbai/ India
• Ms Cini's commitment to beauty knows no bounds and she has developed her expertise flexible enough to take up assignments globally. Following are the terms and conditions that imply in addition to the list above
• Ms. Cini travels with her team for all assignments, local as well as global. Travel and accommodation arrangements to be made by the client for Ms. Cini and her team comprising an assistant/intern and hair stylist.
• Ms Cini promotes excellent internship program, allowing interns to learn all aspects of being a makeup artist up close. She is open to sharing her room accommodation with the intern/assistant in line with the same thought. Clients are requested to provide comfortable accommodation in any 3-star or above establishments with all 3 meals to be provided in-room on ala carte basis for two people
• Decent accommodation to be provided to the hair stylist along with all 3 meals provided in-room/buffet
• Flight arrangements to be made for all airport operational cities within or outside India
• Airport pick-up and transfers to be made by the client upon team's arrival
• For non-airport cities/venues, cab charges to be reimbursed upon arrival for all nearby destinations for makeup assignments
